Jamie O'Fallon, PT, DPT, PCES

I'm Jamie O'Fallon, a doctor of physical therapy, wife, mother of two, and passionate women's healthcare provider. With over 10 years of clinical experience as a pelvic health physical therapist, I'm dedicated to providing hands-on care and support to women.  Whether it's constraints of time, feeling of uncertainty or fear, or being given misleading information by well-intentioned friends and practitioners, women deserve better support.  Recognizing these barriers, I established a mobile practice and offer tele-therapy services for convenience and accessibility.

My journey into women's healthcare began during graduate school, where I discovered the importance of pelvic floor therapy.  Realizing the lack of awareness in this area, I pursued certification as a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist to better assist women during the postpartum period. 

Despite my expertise, perimenopause took me by surprise.  Like many women, I struggle with the physical and emotional changes.  Recognizing the widespread lack of support and information, I now educate and empower women to navigate this phase with confidence.
